• Nature of Rewards:

• "Gold-Back" and "Silver-Back" rewards are discretionary loyalty rebates and do not constitute a financial investment, deposit, or security. Rewards are issued as fractional ownership of third-party digital assets (e.g., PAXG) and are gifted to members as a benefit of participation.

• Asset Risk & Responsibility:

• Digital assets are subject to market volatility. KemWay is not a custodial service; members are solely responsible for the security and management of their private third-party wallets (e.g., CWallet).

• No Financial Advice:

• Content provided via WBBP Radio and KemWay is for educational and cultural purposes only. We do not provide banking, legal, or investment advice.

• Regulatory Compliance:

• Members are responsible for any local tax obligations arising from the receipt of rewards. In accordance with Kenya's VASP Act 2025 and US FinCEN guidelines, we maintain strict Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) standards.

• Refund Policy:

• Due to the immediate delivery of digital music and the real-time processing of blockchain rewards, all membership fees and digital purchases are non-refundable.
